Halloween Day 12: Harry Potter Workout #5

I think I've been a little lax with the intensity of the workouts.  This one should make you sweat, for sure.  Are you up for it!?  Let get to it!

I hope you are sufficiently worked out!  Don't forget to stretch before and after, drink plenty of water and take breaks as needed.  Here are the tallies for this week:

  • 70 sit-ups
  • 150 jumping jacks
  • 100 squats
  • 150 leg lifts/leg
  • 50 push-ups
  • 150 lunges/leg
  • 100 side lunges/leg
  • 40 bicycles
  • 70 crunches
  • 50 burpees
