Halloween Day 5: Harry Potter Workout 4

I was thinking about attempting a Halloween-themed workout, but for the life of me, I couldn't think of where to start.  Besides, continuing with the Harry Potter workouts... it's kind of like a Halloween theme.  C'mon... witches, wizards; wearing robes and masks (for Death Eaters); casting spells and running through mazes.  It's perfect!

Without further ado, the fourth installment of the Harry Potter workout series (meant to be done while watching Goblet of Fire):


This week's tallies are thus:


  • 95 push-ups
  • 55 vertical crunches
  • 100 jumping jacks
  • 30 burpees
  • 60 mtn climber reps
  • 2 min, 45 secs (total)
  • 45 squats
  • 16 minutes in plank position (total) Ouch!
  • 35 lunges/leg
  • 30 side-lunges
  • 20 sit-ups
Don't forget to stretch before (and after, if you feel tight), drink plenty of water or electrolyte-drink, and most of all, HAVE FUN!
